Ruben-Flores — FRIENDS AND FAMILY: Ruben Flores, a close friend of George Shirakawa, helped run the supervisor's campaign in 2008. Flores also happens to be the brother of Shirakawa's recent bodyguard, provided by the county sheriff's office.
